Please review your order as soon as your receive it. If you think you received a defective item, please contact our Customer service department at email@example.com within 5 days of receipt.
ALL Returns must be received within 14 days of the date your order shipped from our warehouse.
- Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn and tags must still be attached.
- Refunds are only issued in the form of an online/facebook store credit. We DO NOT issue cash refunds.
To Make a Return:
If your return meets the criteria above, please refer to the instructions below:
- You are responsible for the shipping & handling of the returned item. Original & return shipping fees are NON-refundable.
- Complete the Return Form (found at the link below and also enclosed in your original shipment) and include it in the box of the items that you are returning.
- Send your package back to us the most economical shipping method of your choice. Please make note of your tracking number.
- Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it. Once the item has been processed, you will receive an email with your Online gift card.
- Due to limited qty's of each style, we cannot guarantee an exchange. We will try our best to provide the exchange and will let you know ASAP if we cannot complete it.
Returns to our Jenny Boston Boutique Locations:
You may return your items to a Jenny Boston boutique location , following the same guidelines as listed above.
If your order is after the 14 day time limit or does not meet the guidelines listed above, the items will be sent back to you and you will be billed the shipping. If you do not want the item to be sent back to you, it will be donated to charity.
